The Ortigia Sunset Apartment is located on the first floor of a building near the island of Ortigia. The house opens onto an open space with kitchen / dining area with round table and chairs, kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, electric oven. This area has windows and overlooks the light well. An arch leads to the sleeping area, furnished with a double bed with structure and bedside tables made of masonry, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and sofa that opens into two single beds that can be joined together. This area is lit by a high window and a skylight on the mezzanine, reachable via a staircase (preferably usable only by an adult) in which you will find a small relaxation area with cushions.
The apartment is excellent for 2/4 guests, with the possibility of adding other apartments available in the structure, for larger groups.
The style of the apartment is characterized by rooms painted in white, with double bed and bedside tables embedded in the masonry, coordinated textiles in blue tones.
The ensuite bathroom is very large and equipped with a shower cabin.

From the entrance door you enter the stairwell and continuing through a light well you go up to the first floor.
