In the garden, you will find a swimming pool with jacuzzi (27m x 17m), tennis court, covered veranda with outdoor kitchen and masonry oven, washbasin and barbecue. In addition, there is a small wooden bar next to the swimming pool, a shower cabin with toilets and a changing room, a large gazebo with table and chairs, sitting room furniture, an area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. 8 parking spaces included.
Location
The villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Hyblaean coast, looking onto the Mediterranean sea and close to the beach. It is 1 km from the village of Donnalucata, and a few kilometres from the splendid Baroque architecture of Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Noto, Siracusa, Piazza Armerina and Agrigento.

Reserved parking in a closed-off area is included with the booking of the villa. The area is not served by public transport, so we recommend hiring a car. We are, however, able to provide assistance for transport, such as taxi and/or shuttle services.
