Villa Matilde in Mazara del Vallo is an exclusive detached property for 8/11 people, just 400 m from the splendid sea of Mazara del Vallo.
Villa Matilde has a surface area of 150 sq.m. + 80 sq.m. of veranda with a view of the pine trees.
The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 double (with an additional single bed available) and 1 twin (available with either two single beds or one double bed), 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
Included are free Wi-Fi, mattresses, sheets, pillowcases, pillows, face and bath towels. Each kitchen is equipped with a fridge, electric oven, microwave and LCD TV, pots and pans and dishes.
Subject to availability, guests can be provided with deckchairs, sun loungers, high chairs, car seats for children, prams, baby baths, cots and cradles, free of charge.

In over 5000 sq.m. of fenced-off grounds, the villa features a private swimming pool (12m x 6m), whirlpool tub, gazebo, deck chair, sofas, veranda and private parking for up to 8 vehicles.

Location
Located within a private pine grove, the property is very close to the beach (400 m) and the Old Town (1.5 km), amid gardens, pine trees and a swimming pool area. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, boasting a wealth of the beautiful nature the island is renowned for. Just a short distance away is the splendid Mazara del Vallo seafront, ideal for walks or to cycle along.
The villa is easy to reach, located just 3 km from the exit of the A29 motorway (Palermo-Mazara).

Details
Reserved parking in a closed-off area is included with the booking of the villa. The area is not served by public transport, so we recommend hiring a car. We are, however, able to provide assistance for transport, such as taxi and/or shuttle services.
